What is Irish-Angler.com?
It's a portal to all the best fishing sites in Ireland, be that boat, shore, freshwater, angling conservation, tournament casting - you name it, we've got it covered. If you are serious about angling, this is the place to be. We're not affiliated with the Irish Angler magazine.
What sort of Angling does it cover?
Pretty much everything you can think of. All the major disciplines, plus lots for the specialist angler, the tournament caster, the specimen hunter, the boating aficionado, the conservationist.
Can anyone join?
Pretty much. If you eat, drink and sleep fishing, welcome aboard. All we ask is respect for others, respect for the fish, share your knowledge. To that end, there's not much to lurk, so join up and join in.
How is Irish-Angler.com different?
Lots of ways. We've brought together all the interesting bits of angling related information under one portal, but kept each discipline reasonably seperate - so you can pick and choose the bits that interest you, and avoid the rest.
One bookmark gives you easy access to all the information you'll ever need with access to hundreds if not thousands of experienced anglers to answer your questions. All the forums are kept as bandwidth-friendly as possible and are heavily moderated - we find it helps keep the search results concise and useful, the page load times to a minimum.
